Our grate firing system is designed especially for the combustion of different waste materials to deliver environmentally friendly energy. This can be wood or wood waste following certain waste classifications or other biogenic fuels like bagasse, peat, coffee grounds, plant remains or shells. Very good results have also been achieved by using refuse derived fuels (RDF), which are waste fractions with a high caloric value selected from domestic or industrial waste.

 

Depending on the individual requirements and fuel characteristics we choose air or water cooled grates. The manufacturing of the grate system is done – like all main components – in our production in Husum.
